Due to the unique nature of original artwork, all original art sales are final.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If an artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mazeandmirth@gmail.com and include photographs of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or replacement when possible.
Prints and merchandise may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or defective. Items must be returned in their original condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
